Quick answers
How quickly do you reply?
WhatsApp messages during opening hours usually get a reply within the hour. Quote requests through the form get a written quote within one working day. If you have not heard from us in that time, message on WhatsApp — occasionally an email lands somewhere it should not.
Can I visit the studio to see samples?
Yes, but message first. We are often out installing, so a quick WhatsApp to check someone is in will save you a wasted trip. If you want to see specific colours in person, tell us which and we will have them out ready when you arrive.
What do you need from me to quote a decoration job?
The date, the venue and a photo of the space, in that order of usefulness. Colours and a budget range help us aim properly. Guest numbers matter far less than people expect — a balloon setup is priced by the size of the build, not the size of the party.
Do you take last-minute orders?
Often, yes. Shop products go out same-day if you order by 4:00pm, island or mainland. Decoration depends entirely on whether a slot is free. Message us rather than assuming it is too late — and if we cannot do it properly, we will say so rather than rush it.
