Common questions
Quick answers
How late can I order for same-day delivery in Penang?
The same-day cut-off is 4:00pm, and it is the same across Penang Island and Seberang Perai. Orders placed after the cut-off go out first thing the next delivery day.
How long will a helium balloon bouquet float?
Indoors and air-conditioned, treated latex balloons float 12 to 24 hours and foil balloons hold for three to seven days. Outdoors in Penang’s heat and humidity, expect roughly half that. We treat every latex balloon with a float-extending gel as standard, at no extra cost.
Do you set up the decoration, or do I do it myself?
Decoration packages include delivery, on-site installation and teardown by our team.
How far ahead should I book a party setup?
Two weeks is comfortable for a standard birthday or baby shower. Allow three to four weeks for weddings, corporate launches and anything during Valentine’s Day, Chinese New Year, Mother’s Day, Hari Raya or graduation season, when weekend slots fill first. Last-minute requests are worth asking about, we often can make it.
Can you match a specific colour or theme?
Yes. Send a photo or a colour name and we will match it from our latex and foil range. Pastels are our speciality, but we stock chrome, dusk and standard colours too. We will confirm the exact palette with you in writing before we build anything.
