About Pastel Party Balloon
Soft colours. Big moments. Penang’s balloon shop for celebrations that feel like you.
Pastel Party Balloon (PPB) is a balloon shop in Penang that makes celebrations look the way they feel. From a single balloon bouquet at someone’s door to a full backdrop for a room full of guests, we design, deliver and set up balloons that turn an ordinary space into a moment people remember.

How we work
There are two ways to celebrate with Pastel Party Balloon.
Balloon delivery
Balloon bouquets, bundles and gift balloons, delivered same-day across Penang. Order by 4:00pm and received on same day.
Party and balloon decoration
Backdrops, garlands, arches and full venue styling for birthdays, baby showers, proposals, weddings and corporate events. We set up on-site and take everything down after.
From idea to “wow” in five steps
- Tell us the occasion — date, venue, vibe and budget.
- We design it with you — colours, size and layout, sent to you before we build.
- Our artists build it fresh — close to your event, so balloons stay full and bright.
- We deliver or set up on time — planned around your schedule, not ours.
- We clear up after — for decoration jobs, teardown is part of the service.
Why Penang trusts us with their celebrations
The people who design it, build it
Our in-house balloon artists handle every delivery and every on-site setup. No hand-offs, no surprises on the day.
A signature pastel palette
Pastel pink, blush, mint, sky blue, butter and lavender: soft, photogenic colours that look as good in real life as they do on camera. Need your own theme colours? We do custom too.
One team for the whole celebration
Balloons from us, flowers from SweetLife & Co., full event styling from It’s A Joy. One conversation, one coordinated setup.
